We work with unions and progressive organisations to get clear on purpose, sharpen priorities, and build winning strategies. Whether you're developing a new plan, refining your goals, or preparing for a major campaign, we help you create a roadmap that reflects your values and builds power.

Leadership Development

We support movement leaders—especially those leading change—by offering space to think, plan, and test ideas. We act as a sounding board and provide practical support grounded in experience. Our goal is to help build confident, strategic and collaborative leadership across progressive organisations.

Training & Facilitation

From organising and member leadership to digital campaigning and team development, we run training that’s practical, campaign-focused and grounded in the realities of union and movement work.

  • Director

    With more than 30 years’ experience in leadership and organisational development, Kristyn brings expertise in strategic planning, facilitation, and leadership development. She is known for helping leaders navigate complexity, challenge assumptions, and align people and purpose to deliver impact. 

    A skilled facilitator, she creates space for constructive dialogue and actionable outcomes. Alongside her professional work, Kristyn contributes her leadership to community organisations, schools, and not-for-profits, reflecting her deep commitment to creating impact for the common good.

  • Director

    Troy is a seasoned unionist with experience across sectors—from mining to social services. He served as National Assistant Secretary of United Voice and has held board roles in superannuation and investment governance. Troy brings a sharp strategic mind and deep organising experience to complex projects and campaigns.

  • Madeleine has led campaigns across the union, aid and environmental sectors, with a focus on economic justice, climate and energy. A former National Political Strategist at United Voice, she’s passionate about using digital tools to build power and organise at scale. Madeleine blends political nous with a practical approach to campaigning and strategy.
